This dress code is for the 2021-2022 dance season and is subject to changes.

*** HAIR REQUIREMENTS ***

All students should secure hair neatly off the face in a bun or ponytail. Short hair must be pulled back securely away from the face. All Ballet Students are required to wear their hair in a bun, secured with hairpins and hair ties. No ponytails are allowed in Ballet.

TINY DANCER (A) – COMBO OF BALLET & TAP

Black Tap shoes with laces or velcro strap
Pink Ballet shoes
Leotard (any color and style)
Tights not required for class

TINY DANCER (B) – COMBO OF HIP HOP & TUMBLE

Any sneaker shoe that secures the foot with laces or velcro straps
- (NO Uggs, sandals, or flip flops)
No shoes required for tumble

BALLET (ALL LEVELS)

Flesh tone ballet shoes (pink or tan)
Leotard (any color and style)
No tights required
Leggings, biker shorts, hot shorts, and sports bra are all acceptable
NO t-shirts or baggy clothing of any

JAZZ (ALL LEVELS)

Tan jazz shoes
Leotards, leggings, biker shorts, hot shorts, and sports bras are all acceptable
NO t-shirts or baggy clothing or any

TAP

Tap shoes and/or cloggers are acceptable

HIP HOP (ALL LEVELS)

Any sneaker shoe that secures the foot with laces or velcro straps
- NO Uggs, sandals, or flip flops
NO clothing with provocative or offensive language

TUMBLE (ALL LEVELS)

Leotard, leggings, biker shorts, hot shorts, and sports bras are all acceptable
T-shirts are acceptable
NO clothing with provocative or offensive language
Any sneaker shoe that secures the foot with laces or velcro straps
- NO Uggs, sandals, or flip flops

BATON

Any sneaker shoe that secures the foot with laces or velcro straps
NO clothing with provocative or offensive language

CONTEMPORARY

Dance Paws or barefoot acceptable
Leotard, leggings, biker shorts, hot shorts, and sports bras are all acceptable
